Shane is a part owner, investor, and active Advisory Board member at Alteris Capital Partners. With over 30 years of experience in payment processing and fintech sector, Shane has led and built high-performing sales teams for Fortune 100 companies, overseeing billions of dollars in transactions.

An entrepreneur at heart, Shane has been deeply involved in leading, scaling, and exiting a variety of businesses—spanning both for-profit and non-profit ventures—most notably F1 Payments, which he built from the ground up and sold three years later.

At Alteris, Shane plays a crucial strategic role, leveraging his extensive experience to support the firm’s long-term vision and to guide business owners and partners in their growth journeys. His true passion is in coaching and mentoring fellow entrepreneurs, helping them navigate challenges, scale effectively, and realize their full potential.

Shane’s first priority is his family, and he enjoys spending time with them on his ranch in Spicewood, Texas. When he’s not with them, you’ll likely find him out on the water or on the golf course — enjoying what he jokingly calls his “golf game.”
